First Print Run: Sold Out!

Last night, the first print run for my personal Charlotte Collins store sold out. I even had to take back the copy I gave to my husband so that I could send it to someone else. (Yes, my husband actually read it.)

I would like to thank everyone who took a chance and ordered a book by an unknown author. I know money is tight for most people right now, and you could just as easily have given Charlotte a pass. I hope you all enjoyed the book and had some semblance of a Jane Austen experience while reading it.

Celebrating a successful first print run and anticipating the second.
I am now in the process of doing a second run, and as an editor, I had to take the opportunity to improve my book so that my readers–Still can’t believe I have readers! *twirls*–would have the best possible experience and the cleanest possible text. While there wasn’t anything astoundingly horrible to correct, I did choose to shell out the bucks to fix some typos and small formatting issues.

So the second impression of the book will be available at my personal store soon. You can pre-order your copy now. But hurry! After the holidays, Charlotte Collins will become available on other book-selling websites, which means I have to raise the price. (Because other retailers take such a large cut of the sales price, I would literally owe the company money if I kept the price as it is now.) The new impression will also be up on Amazon still at $9.99.

Also, keep an eye out for Charlotte Collins on e-book in new locations starting this month.
